Description
The quaint Batsto-Pleasant Mills United Methodist Church is nestled in the Pine Barrens of NJ. I imagine this church looks very similar to what it did when it was built in 1808. The current church was built on the site of a much older church. Generations of local families are buried in the adjacent cemetery. Residents of the village of Batsto came here for worship, weddings, funerals and fellowship. The church still enjoys a very active congregation.
