Description
Gufufoss is a beautiful waterfall in Eastern Iceland very close to the town of Seydisfjordur. After a very short hike from the road, you will be rewarded by the splendid views of Gufufoss. We had hiked there in the early morning and we could hear the falls, but it was so foggy, we were unable to see a foot in front of us. We waited a few minutes and the fog began to lift a little. The falls finally began to appear. Within about a half hour, the blue sky came out and the fog was totally gone.
