Artist's Description

Chanticleer Garden is located in the "Garden Belt" of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Tri-State area. This area is known for having many beautiful gardens including Longwood, Nemours Estate, and Winterthur. Chanticleer was built by a pharmaceutical business man named Adolph Rosengarten. It was completed in 1913 and served as a summer home for the family. Rosengarten gifted his children homes on the property. This house was his daughter Emily's house and now serves as offices and classrooms for the property.

About Kristia Adams

Kristia Adams

I am a photographer located in the heart of the New Jersey Pine Barrens. I have had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember. My first camera, which I received for my 11th birthday, was a little Kodak that took the 110 film cartridges. I used all my allowance money for film and processing. I have upgraded my camera a few times since those days and now I enjoy wandering my great state (and places beyond) photographing places that may not be here forever. I specialize in nature and landscape photography.
