Description

The Vindicator Valley Trail is part of the "Trails of Gold" trail system that lies around the Cripple Creek / Victor area in Teller County, Colorado. The Vindicator Valley trail is a 2 mile loop that winds past several of the largest mines that dotted the valley in the late 1800's. Interpretive signs describe the abandoned sites and ruins. The landscape is beautiful with spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains.
